Our Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We source our materials and select our factories to ensure the highest quality product. As such, we will accept any item with a manufacturing defect for exchange or refund within one year of the purchase date.

For your convenience, all vince.com returns within the contiguous U.S. are free with ground shipping.

Vince Retail Stores + Vince.com

All returns must be purchased from a Vince Retail Store or vince.com. We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unused full-price merchandise in saleable condition with original tags attached for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase date at any Vince Retail Store or at vince.com. Full-price merchandise received more than 30 days after purchase date will only be accepted at our discretion for a store or online credit based on the current selling price of the item(s). Merchandise purchased in a Vince Retail Store at a discount greater than 40% off is Final Sale. Merchandise purchased at vince.com at a discount of 60% off or more, or labeled as Final Sale, may not be returned or exchanged. Original invoice must accompany your return. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, except for transactions with cash or traveler’s checks, which will be made in the form of a mailed check or store gift card. Mailed checks may take up to 14 days for processing. Items with gift receipts are eligible for exchange or refund in the form of a store credit.

Please note: shipping charges for items you choose to return are non-refundable. Shipping charges incurred from vince.com orders will be refunded if the wrong item was sent or if the item sent was discovered defective. If an exchange is needed for a different size, style or color, you will not be charged for shipping on your exchange. The return/exchange value is determined by the last retail price of the item.

Merchandise purchased from Vince Outlet Stores and other retailers, including department stores or specialty stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer. We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased.

International Online Returns

For international returns, any customs or import duties, brokerage fees or taxes paid on return shipments that pass through customs are the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event you refuse your package, you will be charged for any costs, duties, fees or taxes associated with shipping the package back to Vince. Exchange orders that ship via any expedited method, or outside the contiguous U.S., will be charged for shipping.

Price Adjustments

We offer a onetime price adjustment for full-price purchases if an item is marked down within 14 days of purchase. The item(s) must be marked down in a Vince Retail Store or at vince.com. To obtain a price adjustment, please contact us at 800.960.2231 or at customerservice@vince.com, or visit any Vince Retail Store within the 14-day window. Adjustments will not be given on sale merchandise or promotional purchases. Price adjustments will be issued in the original form of payment.

How to Make a Return to Vince.com

You can return an online order for free with the pre-printed Federal Express 2-Day Express shipping label enclosed in the original package.

  • Include the customer order number and billing name.
  • Drop your return package at an authorized Federal Express location or drop box.
  • Find your nearest location at www.fedex.com.

Vince Outlet Stores

All returns must be purchased from a Vince Outlet Store. We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unused merchandise in saleable condition with original tags attached for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Merchandise returned more than 14 days after date of purchase will only be accepted at our discretion for a Vince Outlet Store Gift Card based on the current selling price of the item(s). We will accept any item with a manufacturing defect for exchange or refund within one year of the purchase date. Sale items and phone orders are Final Sale. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, except for transactions with cash or traveler’s checks, which will be made in the form of a mailed check or store gift card. Mailed checks may take up to 14 days for processing.
