Parisian photographer Dolorès Marat has a flair for transforming ordinary subjects and settings into visually arresting moments in time.

Throughout the seamstress-turned-photographer’s portfolio you’ll find a black and white alley cat. An early morning ferry ride past the Statue of Liberty. A woman descending into the Paris Métro. Each clearly in motion, radiating blurred lines that create a velvet-like texture. Accented with moody blues, purples and olive greens only present at dawn, the images almost like peeks into someone’s dreams. Every click of the button is a fleeting second that soon becomes a nostalgic memory. This idea was the starting point for our Holiday & Resort 2023 collection.

At the heart of our November assortment is a striking Caspian blue, in good company with muted tones of pacific azure and iris smoke. Even our quintessential neutrals are imagined in new ways: silver dust, a pale grey developed specifically for us, is as dreamy as it sounds atop an Italian alpaca-blend bouclé sweater and a pebble-textured wool blazer coat. (There’s a matching mini skirt, too.)

Also in the grey family is silverstone, a shining statement on our incandescent, responsible Naia™ acetate satin. Marat’s softened focus is reminiscent in the way fabrics layer and drape: sheer overlays and inserts of diaphanous chiffon permeate bias-cut skirts. Our party-ready slip dress boasts multicolored dimension with glistening sequined mesh over a contrasting sea slate lining.

Suiting returns in timeless pinstripes reinvigorated with new silhouettes – trousers are traded in for a slender, ankle-grazing pencil skirt to balance the relaxed proportion of a menswear-inspired blazer. We continue to elevate our sweaters in look and feel. Zip-ups and pullovers are slightly sportier with the addition of a hood. Cozy Nordic Fair Isle motifs beckon snow days by the fire. A creamy air-spun wool quarter-zip showcases an intricate take on the classic cable knit. Plus, a wool and cashmere short set for lounging luxuriously.

December shifts from blues into shades of artichoke, basil and washed vine – the olive-y range complementing utilitarian silhouettes and fabrications designed for a seamless transition into spring. A seasonless shirt jacket and wide-leg trouser are rendered in crisp cotton, garment washed for added softness and drape. Sweaters shed weight as fine cotton-silk henleys and cardigans take center stage. The switch to lighter fabrics may at first feel early, but as we discover year after year, a new season arrives in the blink of an eye. We’ve created this collection with that in mind – each piece thoughtfully crafted to accompany you in every single moment and memory with enduring style, comfort and ease.
