What measures are you taking to keep stores safe and clean?

We closely monitor local and CDC guidelines for swift and necessary shifts in our services and protocols. Throughout our stores, we have increased cleaning, including frequent disinfection of regularly touched surfaces. Employees and customers are asked to practice social distancing of at least 6 feet while in store. And both stores and fitting rooms are operating with limited capacity.

Do I have to wear a mask while inside the store?

Everyone, including customers and employees, is required to wear non-medical grade face masks while in store.

Does Vince provide hand sanitizer?

Hand sanitizer is readily available for customers and encouraged upon entering the store. Employees are required to wash/sanitize their hands frequently and after interactions with other individuals.

How does Vince accommodate at-risk customers?

Our talented in-store stylists are happy to host private virtual or in-store appointments for all Vince clients, including anyone at risk. Appointments outside of business hours can be arranged upon request
