Free Ground Shipping

Available in the contiguous U.S. on orders of $250 or more
Orders are processed after credit card authorization is complete
Orders will typically arrive in 2–8 business days (not including holidays)

2-Day Express

Available in the contiguous U.S., Alaska and Hawaii
Orders are processed after credit card authorization is complete
Orders placed before 2pm ET for delivery within the contiguous U.S. will arrive within 2 business days
Orders placed after 2pm ET for delivery within the contiguous U.S. will arrive within 3 business days
Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii may take additional time

Overnight

Available in the contiguous U.S.
Orders are processed after credit card authorization is complete
Orders placed before 2pm ET will arrive by the next business day
Orders placed after 2pm ET will arrive within two business days

P.O. Boxes

Delivery to all U.S. and international P.O. Boxes is not currently available. (Some exceptions apply to international destinations.)

Can I change the shipping on my order?

Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify the shipping address and cannot upgrade or downgrade the method.

Multiple Shipments

Where a single order results in multiple shipments, the shipping and handling will be calculated based on the items included in each shipment.

Multiple Delivery Addresses On One Order

When an order is shipped to multiple addresses, shipping and handling will be calculated separately for each address. Additional charges for Overnight and 2-Day Express will apply to each shipping address.

Shipping Claims

Our partnership with shipping carriers allows Vince to have a 7-day window policy from delivery date where our team can start a trace/file a claim with the carrier. Anything outside the 7th day, will result in a loss. Please note that Vince is not liable for any lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed delivered to the address associated with your order.
