If you have your order number, you can begin a complimentary return for your U.S. domestic online order on vince.com by following the directions here. Returns take 5-7 business days for processing once your return is received in our warehouse. Refunds to the original form of payment can be expected 3-5 business days after processing. Some payment providers may take longer to process the credit to your account. We are unable to complete refunds for items that are in transit or have not been returned to us.
Vince Retail Stores + Vince.com
All returns must be purchased from a Vince Full Price Retail Store or vince.com. We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered, full-price merchandise, as well as shoes with their original shoe box, in saleable condition with original tags attached for a refund within 30 days of purchase date at any Vince Retail Store or at vince.com. Items marked as “Final Sale” are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Original invoice or receipt must accompany your return. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, except for transactions with cash, which will be made in the form of a mailed check or store gift card.
