Items marked as “Final Sale” are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Items marked “On Sale” are only eligible for exchange or store credit and cannot be refunded. Both Vince.com and in-store returns are complimentary.
If you have your order number, you can begin a complimentary return for your U.S. domestic online order on vince.com by following the directions here. Returns take 7-10 business days for processing once your return is received in our warehouse. Refunds to the original form of payment can be expected 3-5 business days after processing. Some payment providers may take longer to process the credit to your account. We are unable to complete refunds for items that are in transit or have not been returned to us.
