Returns

We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered, full-price merchandise with original tags attached for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase date. Items marked as “Final Sale” are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Items marked “On Sale” are only eligible for exchange or store credit and cannot be refunded. Both Vince.com and in-store returns are complimentary.

If you have your order number, you can begin a complimentary return for your U.S. domestic online order on vince.com by following the directions here. Returns take 7-10 business days for processing once your return is received in our warehouse. Refunds to the original form of payment can be expected 3-5 business days after processing. Some payment providers may take longer to process the credit to your account. We are unable to complete refunds for items that are in transit or have not been returned to us. 

Orders cannot be exchanged online. However, any Vince order placed in store or online can be exchanged at a Vince Retail Store. Find your nearest store.

Please note, original invoice or receipt must accompany your in-store exchange.

All returns must be purchased from a Vince Full Price Retail Store or vince.com. We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered, full-price merchandise, as well as shoes with their original shoe box, in saleable condition with original tags attached for a refund within 30 days of purchase date at any Vince Retail Store or at vince.com. Items marked as “Final Sale” are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Mailed checks may take up to 14 days for processing. Items with gift receipts are eligible for refund in the form of a store credit.

Vince Full Price Retail Stores will not accept merchandise purchased at Vince Outlet or other retailers.

 We offer a onetime price adjustment for full-price purchases within 14 days of purchase. The item(s) must be marked down in a Vince Full Price Retail Store or at vince.com and Outlet Prices do not apply. If the item to be adjusted was purchased in store, please return to the store of purchase. If the item to be adjusted was purchased online, please contact us at 833.717.1720.

Goods sold to Canadian shoppers that qualify for duties and taxes reclaim under the CREDITS program will be refunded in full as part of the return.


For all other international vince.com returns, any customs or import duties, brokerage fees or taxes paid on return shipments that pass through customs are the sole responsibility of the customer. All international clients are responsible for payment of return labels and all associated shipping fees. International orders cannot be returned in any Vince store.
