Free Ground Shipping

2-Day Express

  • Available in the contiguous U.S., Alaska and Hawaii
  • Orders are processed after credit card authorization is complete
  • Orders placed before 2pm ET for delivery within the contiguous U.S. will arrive within 2 business days
  • Orders placed after 2pm ET for delivery within the contiguous U.S. will arrive within 3 business days
  • Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii may take additional time

Overnight

  • Available in the contiguous U.S.
  • Orders are processed after credit card authorization is complete
  • Orders placed before 2pm ET will arrive by the next business day
  • Orders placed after 2pm ET will arrive within two business days

Free 2-day shipping, no minimum spend

  • Orders placed in stores and online at vince.com from December 16, 2025 through store close or until 11:59 PM PT on December 19, 2025 are eligible to be upgraded to 2-Day Express shipping at no cost to you, automatically applied at checkout
  • Find shipping deadlines for orders being delivered outside of the contiguous U.S. at vince.com
  • December 24th delivery is not guaranteed for shipments delayed by weather
  • Vince is not responsible for FedEx delays. Vince reserves the right to change or cancel this promotion at any time

Delivery to all U.S. and international P.O. Boxes is not currently available. (Some exceptions apply to international destinations.)

Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify the shipping address and cannot upgrade or downgrade the method.

Where a single order results in multiple shipments, the shipping and handling will be calculated based on the items included in each shipment.

When an order is shipped to multiple addresses, shipping and handling will be calculated separately for each address. Additional charges for Overnight and 2-Day Express will apply to each shipping address.

Our partnership with shipping carriers allows Vince to have a 7-day window policy from delivery date where our team can start a trace/file a claim with the carrier. Anything outside the 7th day, will result in a loss. Please note that Vince is not liable for any lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed delivered to the address associated with your order.
