Duty and Taxes - The recipient (the party receiving goods) is responsible for all custom fees, including taxes, brokerage fees, and any other fees assessed at the border prior to delivery. The carrier will collect these charges at the time of delivery.

Shipping – Please allow 5 – 7 business days for delivery.

Returns and Exchanges - The recipient will be fully responsible for all shipping charges and documentation needed to return the product. Please allow 4 – 6 weeks for refund or exchange to be processed.

Refusals - If the recipient refuses delivery, all charges related to the return will be the responsibility of the customer (the party ordering the goods) and will be deducted from the customer’s refund.

APO, DPO and FPO Addresses
  • All packages sent via United States Postal Services
  • Order will usually arrive within 5 — 7 business days (for in-stock items only)
Multiple Shipments
  • Where a single order results in multiple shipments, the shipping and handling will be calculated based on the items included in each shipment. The total shipping and handling will remain the same - you will not be charged more than the total.
Multiple Delivery Addresses on One Order
  • When an order is shipped to multiple addresses, shipping and handling will be calculated separately for each address. Additional charges for Overnight and 2-Day Express will apply to each shipping address.

Currently delivery to all U.S. and International P.O. Boxes is not available.

Online Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our merchandise is guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects and we will accept any defective item for exchange or refund.

Standard Online Return & Exchange Policy:

All returns must be purchased from Vince.com. We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in saleable condition with original tags attached for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the invoice date. Merchandise received after 30 days of the invoice date will only be accepted at our discretion for an online store credit based on the current selling price. Merchandise purchased at a discount that is greater than 40% off or merchandise labeled as Final Sale may not be returned nor exchanged. Original invoice must accompany your return. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Please note that shipping charges incurred from online orders will be refunded if the wrong item was sent or the item sent was discovered defective. If an exchange is needed for a different size, style or color, you will not be charged for shipping on your exchange. The return/exchange value is determined by the last retail price of the item. Returns made after 90 days cannot be accepted.

International Returns:

For international returns, any customs or import duties, brokerage fees, or taxes paid on return shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event you refuse your package, only the purchase price will be refunded. Any costs, duties, fees, or taxes cannot be refunded. If an exchange is needed for a different size, style or color, you will not be charged for shipping on your exchange when shipping ground within the contiguous United States. Exchange orders that ship via any expedited method, or outside the contiguous United States, will be charged for shipping.

Online Price Adjustments:

We offer a one-time price adjustment for full price vince.com purchases if an item is marked down within 14 days of your order placement date. The item(s) must be marked down at www.Vince.com, as we cannot honor mark downs from other websites. To obtain a price adjustment on an online purchase, you must contact Customer Service at 800.960.2231 or email us at customerservice@vince.com within the 14-day window. Adjustments will not be given on sale merchandise or promotional purchases. Refunds and price adjustments will be issued in the original form of payment.

How do I return a Vince.com purchase?

A pre-printed Federal Express return label is enclosed with original shipment. To return product, cover the original shipping label with the enclosed return label and complete the sender information section. The label authorizes a return via Federal Express two day service to our distribution center at no cost to the customer. All return shipping charges are covered by the company, when utilizing the pre-printed billable stamp. Returns must include the customer order number and billing name. Return packages are to be dropped at the nearest authorized Federal Express location or drop box. For the nearest location, please visit www.fedex.com.

Online Returns & Exchanges at a Vince Retail Store:

Orders placed online at Vince.com can be returned to a Vince retail store within 30 days of the invoice date.

If you would like to return a Vince.com item, please bring a printed copy or of your Vince.com Order Receipt email you received as a confirmation of your order.

Please note that merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores or specialty stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.

Retail Return Policy

In Store Return Policy: - Full price stores

Our merchandise is guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects, and we will accept any defective item for an exchange or refund. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and therefore we will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed, unaltered, or unused merchandise in saleable condition with original tags attached for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise returned after 30 days of purchase will only be accepted at our discretion for a store gift card based on the current selling price. Sale merchandise can only be exchanged or returned for a store gift card only, excluding merchandise purchased in outlet stores. Due to company policy, all items purchased with a discount greater than 40% off, swimwear, and special order items are final sale.

Your original receipt and original form of payment must accompany your return. We will honor a onetime price adjustment for all full price purchases within 14 days of purchase when accompanied by the original receipt. Adjustments will not be given on sale merchandise or promotional purchases. Refunds and price adjustments will be issued in the original form of payment, except for refunds and adjustments for transactions with cash, checks or traveler’s checks, which will be made in the form of a mailed check or store gift card, depending upon your preference. Mailed checks may take up to 14 days for processing. Items with gift receipts are eligible for exchange or refund to store gift card only.

Any merchandise purchased in an outlet store can only be returned or exchanged at an outlet store location. Outlet merchandise is not accepted for return in the full price retail stores. Please note that merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores or specialty stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer. We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased.

In Store Return Policy: Outlet Stores

Our merchandise is guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects, and we will accept any defective item for an exchange or refund. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and therefore we will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed, unaltered, or unused merchandise in saleable condition with original tags attached for a store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Merchandise returned after 14 days of purchase will only be accepted at our discretion for a store gift card based on the current selling price. Due to company policy, sale items, and phone orders are final sale.

Your original receipt must accompany your return. Items with gift receipts are eligible for exchange or refund to store gift card only.

Any merchandise purchased in an outlet store can only be returned or exchanged at an outlet store location. Outlet merchandise is not accepted for return in the full price retail stores. At this time, outlet locations cannot accept returns from Vince full price retail stores. Please note that merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores or specialty stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer. Important sales/use tax information for Kentucky and Oklahoma customers.

We are not required to and do not collect Kentucky and/or Oklahoma sales or use tax. Your purchase may be subject to Kentucky and/or Oklahoma use tax unless the purchase is exempt. A purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the internet, by catalog, or by other remote means. The Commonwealth of Kentucky and the State of Oklahoma both require purchasers to report all purchases of tangible personal property or digital property that are not taxed by the retailer and pay use tax on those purchases unless exempt under state law.
